Description:

This is the tiniest Leaf Hopper I have ever seen! It was only 2 mm long and was not even identifiable by eye-sight. I thought it might have been a leaf miner moth.

Habitat:

Came to an ultraviolet light in the garden, San Cristobal de Las Casas, 2,200 meters.
