Description:

A normal red-tailed hawk is a dark rust color with a stricking red tail and cream colored chest. This hawk, however, is albino. Only the tail is red while the rest is a striking white.

Habitat:

Woodland, forests, fields.

We have a "White" Red-Tailed Hawk that lives near us too! I've never seen it but have a friend that frequently photographs her! (Gosh, I wonder if it could be the same one. They do migrate...) http://www.birdsofcolorado.com/Seasonal_Page.php
