A common creeper with trumpet like cute flowers, the root is a common food for carbohydrate intake.

Habitat:

Central & South America origin

Spotted in Ulu Sembawang

A close-up of the sepals reveals something that looks to be Ipomoea indica and yes I.indica can have cordate leaves... I am not aware of anything in series batatas having that color and size flower except for Ipomoea leucotricha , although I do NOT think the plant shown is Ipomoea leucotricha .
Yup, but less calories, healthy food!
