Description:

Also locally known as Sita's tears, this beautiful wild flower blooms towards the end of the monsoon season. The plant is insectivorous.

Habitat:

Lateritic plateaus with soils having poor or low nutrient content and low nitrogen

Quite a sight - thank you. This is a lovely Utricularia. In that kind of soil, I bet there was some other interesting species.
