Description:

medium, sex alike, white lower breast and belly, velvety black forehead

Habitat:

Common in forest and forest edges usually below 1200m ASL. usually in groups, perches in open, flying out catching usually insects

Notes:

Endemic - common: Panay Island, Guimaras, masbate, bantayan, and Negros, Philippnes
