Field Notes

Description:

One of four species of butterfly from the family Pieridae (the "Yellows and Whites") of the genus Eurema, in Papua.

Habitat:

This spotting on roadside vegetation, verge of north coast road backed by disturbed secondary forest, gardens and village habitation.

Notes:

Approximately 160 km west of Jayapura near the Tawarin River. The coordinate position is not precise.
