definitely not the blotched lizard. I'll update it as a western fence since it's the most similar. thanks!

The pattern on the back is really similar but i'm not confident enough to say it's a match. I'm not skilled at identifying lizards so if you think it's a match i'll update it.

I see a tint of blue in this lizard. Possibly a male. Females lack the blue.
