Haha thanks anyway. I'm still completely illiterate when it comes to identifying plants.
Actually, scrub that - I've just looked at the leaves & they do not look like fuschia at all even though the blooms are similar!
I think it's a variety called Thalia http://www.google.com/search?q=fuchsia+thalia&hl=en&client=safari&rls=en&prmd=imvns&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=jBKWTtDVGJKUtweY-KGDBw&ved=0CCMQsAQ&biw=1254&bih=650
It's a fuschia but I can't remember offhand which one!
