sad when somebody is evicted! You could ask the local nursery to. We have "Navlets" here.
That's a great idea! Unfortunately my neighbor recently moved (more like was evicted) and the property was just bought. I'll keep that in mind for the next time I have a spotting in a residential yard!
I had a hard time identifying these. I decided to ask a local resident and that is how i found out the Id. It is a very common plant here. Usually i go up to the owner and try and find out the name. Makes my life easy sometimes! You can ask your neighbor!! Let me know when you confirm!
Cindy ,to me the leaves look pretty similar too. As far as i remeber.they were definitely not large ,prickly and lobed. unless i have lost my memory and vision!!
Hi Emma, no apologies! We're all still learning :) I think I got the ID but I'm not positive. What do you think?
Hi Emma, I looked at your spotting suggestion and the leaves look wrong. These are somewhat narrow, smooth and straight, not large, prickly and lobed. The flowers sure look similar though!
http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/6878569 This could be a giant Potato tree!
I was able to enter the neighbors yard to take some more pics of this tree. Please help ID.
