Marta, this specimen is in a Brazilian birds breeding center.There they manage the captive breeding of this species and many other species of birds, including the Harpy Eagle, to reintroduce in the nature. The breeding center, called CRAX, stays in Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Heather, they are like this. the specimen looks healthy to me. Kassius, nice close ups! can you tell us more about this spotting? Are these birds being rehabilitated? (just curious)
The orange is normal the color could be a litle more strong. That is not a common specie so it is not so easy to see ... problaby it is in a zoo...
