No Harsha, the King Vulture can be found from south Mexico to Northern Argentina. But it's not a common bird, in some places is quiet rare.

Marta, this specimen is in a Brazilian birds breeding center.There they manage the captive breeding of this species and many other species of birds, including the Harpy Eagle, to reintroduce in the nature. The breeding center, called CRAX, stays in Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil.

The orange is normal the color could be a litle more strong. That is not a common specie so it is not so easy to see ... problaby it is in a zoo... Very nice pics congratulation!
