Not C. renipustulatus; that species has, well, kidney-shaped spots, not large round ones. This is certainly in subfamily Chilocorinae and probably genus Chilocorus but it cannot be ID'd to species from this photo.

I've seen this type of insect but it was bigger. But great find!
