Field Notes

Description:

Brown with white head and tail and yellow beak and feet.

Habitat:

Rocky shore along the Bay of Fundy at half-tide.

Notes:

This eagle landed on the shore and stayed for about 1/2 hour. As you can see, it was very wet and I think it was trying to dry out. Every so often he/she would shake it's wings then settle down again.
