Description:

Spotted in thorny semi-forset, He has a reddish blue dewlop (expandable flap of skin under his throat).., He expand his dewlap like a fan, for various purposes like warning enemies, courtship, identifying the species.... its very colorful to see his fan but missed to capture may be next time!
