The picture was taken at Mandalay Wildlife Refuge. Most of the refuge is boat access only accept for a little trail that leads to an observation deck over the water. There are a few duck houses setup which this guy decided to use for a break spot for a few minutes. I uploaded 5 pics. 3 are frontal, 1 side, and 1 back. They are all a little different. The first and third show his crest the best.
