Description:

This leafhopper is about 3mm long and has a stained-glass look to it. It has a spot on the front of its face and a unique pattern on the thorax. The abdomen is horizontally striped.

Habitat:

This hopper was on a Cherry tomato plant leaf in backyard.

Notes:

Submitted to BugGuide. They believe it's Genus Ceratagalia but don't yet know the species.
