Description:

I'm really not sure what this is but because of the oil spill last year I thought it was notable. There were a couple of spots along the beach that had this rust colored film in spots. Then in another area of the beach there was what appears to be algae washing up. So maybe the rust colored spots were old algae wash ups? Not really sure though. Any ideas?
