Hola JuanSebastianVillamil! This looks like a Hooded Mountain Tanager (Buthraupis montana), only that there seems to be a bit too much blue over the head. I hope someone else can confirm or suggest another species! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hooded_Mountain-tanager
