Without close and clear images of leafs and flowers its tough to tell whether it is shrub or young tree..along with its Genus specie and their family...!!

Not a problem. Maybe someone better at trees than I am can ID it from this photo. I'm more of a rookie so I need all the help I can get. :)

I'm sorry, I can't get a better picture at the moment. I'll try to get a better pic or 3 next time I'm on the campus.
