oh, great! good hint - I spotted this species on Madeira!

Oh yeah, bring 'em on! I'm learning loads and it's great to flex the memory muscle too. One of the amazing things about Pn for me is that the digital camera has created hundreds of thousands of new eyes on biodiversity. With so many people out there with a global effort like this, the chances that someone will stumble across something undescribed to science are pretty high. There are a good no. of parts of the world where scientific fieldtrips regularly turn up 'new' species, so the more unidentified stuff that's put up, the better. I just hope when something is unearthed it will be able to be treated to the benefit of its survival. Looking forward to more of your photos :)

Oh you're welcome, no problem. Of course you can upload unidentified species, I have tons of them! I hope I can be of help to ID them. I'm sure Craig echoes this statement.

Yes, please do share them even if unidentified. A big part of the Project Noah fun is learning new organisms, and trying to identify some less familiar ones. Beautiful fuchsia, by the way.

Nice spotting (and ID to Craig as well!) Being in the Horticulture industry all I see are Fuchsia hybrids. It's great to see an actual species.

Possibly the finest of all Fuchsia ? Certainly my favourite :)
