Description:
Large orange to golden wasp on the side of a white RV wiping his face with front leg.
Habitat:
High desert ecosystem with about 9 inches of rain per year.

Over 2,000 catalogued arches range in size from a three-foot opening (the minimum considered to be an arch), to Landscape Arch which measures 306 feet from base to base. I did not get very close, but as I turned away it followed me and landed on my back! It did not sting, just took a walk with me until it flew off.
