Description:

pure white, white gills, white spore print, a veil & a ring around the stalk...the cap is usually bald, without warts...

Habitat:

near trees, especially oaks...

Notes:

David Arora says the symptoms do not appear for 6-24 hours, by which time the toxins have been completely absorbed...
