Field Notes

Description:

Small nest containing 2 hummingbird eggs. The nest is cylindrically shaped and was found dangling at the end of a vine.

Habitat:

lowland rainforest

Notes:

I spotted this at Guayacan Forest Reserve. At first it only contained one egg and then a few days later there were 2 eggs. Not sure of the species.
