Please remove L. from the short cut mark of name suggested of Binomial name. L. is referred for mostly Linnaeus...... what is not part of binomial name...!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carolus_Linnaeus

I have been visiting over last 6 years and maybe traveled a total of 12 months in all. Shame the Noah project was not around back then, Philippines is a bio hot spot.

Wow, you been to 16 regions?.... that's really amazing! I myself can only say half of the 16 :-( . How long does it takes that for you to travel? Are you still in Philippines right now?

The little map has zoom feature icons, so you can zoom into the actual town. This should be done when posting the location of the new spotting. Then other people can visit the same place later. Yes I love the Philippines and the people very much, and have now visited all 16 regions, I expect very few people have managed this. Only one large Island I have not been to called Masbate.

I see, interesting. I saw Isabela on your map but not Ramon and so I asked. You might be talking about Iligan city of Lanao de Norte In Northern Mindanao. Wow you have been all over Philippines! I hope you enjoyed it.

There are more than one Ilagan in the Philippines but I have been to the one in Luzon and Mindanao as well. The map shows the location, it is in Ramon not far from the rural city of Santiago.

It is called "Atis" in Philippines language, and yes it is sweet but plenty of seeds. Where in Isabela you've taken this. I came from Ilagan.
