Description:

Plant has strange bulbous sacks. Tear drop in and shape and coloured pink and gold.

There seem to be quite a lot of Astragalus subspecies out there and I can't tell for sure if this is var. whineyi or var. siskiyouenis, but given that it's very close to Siskiyou County I'm happy to go with that. Thats for the ID Kristal
