Wildlife Spotting

Are both photos the same plant? Looks like Small leaved Privet in the first one and possibly Large leaved in the second. Ligustrum sinense and lucidum respectively but it's hard to tell from these photos. Hope that helps. Both are common and are noxious weeds in most areas of Sydney.
