Description:

Species of stingray in the family Urotrygonidae, found in the tropical western Atlantic Ocean from North Carolina to Trinidad. This bottom-dwelling species inhabits sandy, muddy, or seagrass bottoms in shallow inshore waters, commonly near coral reefs.

Its a Carribean Yellow Stingray, i already ID'd it they are common in the shallow carribean waters, another reason why you should always wear shoes in the sea or walk the shuffle technique!
