Description:

Beautiful brown, orange and white fungi - This is possibly White-pored Chicken of the Woods fungi (A type of Sulfur Shelf Fungus) Laetiporus cincinnatus. Still searching. With the help of friends... now Trametes versicolor (Turkey Tail) is in first place. The final conclusion is: Yellowing Curtain Crust. Thanks Alex!

Habitat:

Woods on our property in the lower Poconos.

i dont think it is the trametes versicolor. your has some nice pattern but just 2-3 brown shades, (could be seen as 1 color) and i mean your spotting is somewhat to small/thin. you can with the latin name research: mushroom expert;eol;google image; rogers mushrooms; wikipedia or some other special site. good luck

I think you might be right. Some sites the common name is Turkey Tail. HA! Thanks so much! I believe it is an ID. Mine was so bright and colorful, most are very dull.
