Hi bioblitz2011az, I can see you love nature. Pretrogliphs are interesting things, but Noah is a site only for living things pictures.
This seems to be a duplication of one of your earlier spottings. Please can you delete one, maybe the earlier one as this one is the cropped image which shows more detail.
It is a hackberry emperor - these guys often land on me too while I am doing yard work!
That's not a Monarch, not sure what species it is.
