I love Burrowing owls, they have such big attitudea. One used to attack my truck as I drove by its burrow in the evenings.
Congratulations Ivan, this adorable Burrowing Owl has been selected for Spotting of the Day! Looking forward to seeing more of your wonderful photos! Cheers, Yasser. "The adorable Burrowing Owl is a tiny but long-legged owl that nests and roosts in burrows, like those excavated by prairie dogs. Unlike most owls though, Burrowing Owls are often active during the day."
