I thought so too. I was trying to get a clear shot of it's under and feet without disturbing it.
The blue skin between the spines is really unique!
http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/6929906 Looks more like this one I spotted a while back. Hairs are shorter than flannel moth caterpillars. Also the hairs a very straight.
