Found in salt marsh in Tampa Florida. Looks like some type of bean pod plant.

Kurt - I'm not quite sure this is Necklacepod (Sophora tomentosa), but I thought I'd give you the suggestion and see what you thought. It's native to coastal areas here in Florida, and the leaves look right. I think the pods change shape as the seed inside grow and ripen.
