about 15 m high tree, some kind of conifer, I also added pics from the pods and the needles, never seen one like that

Note that Casuarina is a flowering plant, not a pine!
You're wecome. I'm very familiar with the trees. Starting a century ago they were used extensively in Florida as wind breaks and to stablize shorelines. There is currently a state-mandated program to eradicate the trees as an invasive species.
There are quite a few, but this should give youa starting point.
