Alex I ask you to suggest correct ID... You can do if have spare time... :) My suggestion may be wrong.

sorry ashish, for this one, i can't give a suggestion in your direction. i had a similare one: black polypore with white band and the underside are white. maybe trametes or thelephora thought i, but i must research further. this one,the same,cannot say much except for the G.applantum. when i look at google image - i see not any which somewhat resembles this spotting, therefore i have my doubts about your suggestion. sorry.
