I wasn't happy with Josia and a blue spot on the head. The wings in Josia are also broader than in yours and it is a real "big" moth. It must have been an Arctiidae and finally I found it: Ormetica sp., however and unfortunately, species is tricky. I would tend to Ormetica ataenia which is quite common or Ormetica taeniata or Ormetica temperata. The Hooded Mantis btw is Choerododis sp., might be Rhombicollis ot Rhombifollia.
