Description:

Small squirrel (chipmunk-esque, but a little bigger) seen climbing on rocks and checking out hikers. Clearly not disturbed by the presence of people, as seen in the third photo (*yawn* "oh, you're still here?")

Habitat:

Climbing on rocks on the far side of Jenny Lake in Grand Teton National Park, WY.

Yes, this is a Golden-mantled Ground Squirrel; the combination of large size, creamy white sides, lack of facial stripes and bright orange-red mantle are what distinguish it as this species as opposed to a smaller chipmunk.
