i also wanted to say: it ressembles the "macrolepiota procera" from europe. but i have never seen them with such a bright white, clean smooth cap, but the stem with the ring, the gill-color and shape, no coloration at the gills let suspect "white spores",and the big flakes--> i suspect also (agree with "danelu") a macrolepiota - but then a panama species !! good luck and btw nice pics from nice specimen
