Take a look at this link:http://carnivorousplants.org/cpn/articles/CPNv16n3p74_82.pdf About 1/5 of the way down there are photos of the upper pitchers without wings. The one on the right has a black peristome like yours here, which is also mentioned in the article.

As far I remember there where a banch there in the middle of nothing, most of them where dead though, this one was the only one still alive. I don't know if is an Vieillardii because as Craig saied doesn't have the wings. Could have it lost it bacause was maybe dieing? Thanks Alex, this have been shot with a point and shoot camera. Didn't have photography passion yet at that time...

As far as I'm aware, N.veillardii is the only Nepenthes native to New Caledonia. A lot (all?) of Neps produce two forms of pitchers, one at ground level, the other after they've started to vine up something. This looks like one of the upper pitchers which have a thin black peristome and lack the frilly wings on the front. The pitcher in the wiki link is a lower pitcher.
