This is a very blue mushroom! We took this picture when we were taking our dog for a walk.

Woods.

Notes:

Our dog almost ate the mushroom! "YUCK!"

I am quite sure it is a Cortinarius species, however I can't be certain that it's not Entoloma. Don't let your dog eat it!
