Description:

I have only ever seen one of these plant, it seemed to have a vigorous habit with the most incredible foliage and looks to me a little like the leaf of Actinidia, but have been unable to find anything like it.

Ha ha ha! ..... Swoon indeed! Fabulous leaves are'nt they! I'm wondering if I could possibly grow it from a cutting : ) Just checked out the gardens north of Bangkok ...... thinking I might have to pay them a visit. Looks very interesting. p.s Thanks for the ident Craig : )
Swoon! These are just about the most gorgeous new leaves in the plant kingdom! They were selling pressed ones in the souvenir shop at Queen Sirikit Botanic Gardens and they keep their colour and texture remarkably well. Would love to make a collage from some one day.
