Field Notes

Description:

This little bug is around 3/4 inch from head to tail with quite distinctive markings on its back, 6 legs and two fairly long antenna. It has been hanging around our garden in Turkey for several days. I am fairly certain it is the same one as it has one of its middle legs missing on the left side.

Thank you to JuanDiTrani for the identification and yes chebeagueschool they certainly look like the same bug.
After seeing your spotting we were able to identify a bug that was in our school in Maine, United States - at least it looks exactly the same. http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/7676600
