Sometimes Ashish is correct on his first suggestion.
This is one of those times.
You have an absolutely spectacular katydid.
Katydids imitate leaves and are nocturnal arboreal insects from the family Orthoptera (including crickets and grasshoppers).
They are not leaf insects (part of the stick insect family Phylliidae).
Check link #3 showing toe pads - these never occur in Phylliidae.
