Its surely in Empusa Genus if compared head part like Cone-head type.

Its very close with following variety among them.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dead_leaf_mantis

Its predatory Praying Mantis. They find grown with camouflage colour as per their surrounding for hunting of small insects.
