It looks a lot like Mycena rosea to me so I ID it as such. Many thanks again for your help. Greetz!
Hi Alex, you are probably right. The fact is I have no idea about mushrooms and many look alike. For sure I have seen some Lepista nuda here in the woods but with this pic I was already doubting. I will check the web you sent and also some of the Belgian web sites and see if I can come out with a more accurate ID. Feel free to correct or try ID my other mushrooms spottings. It will be of great help for me. Bedankt! ;-)
hi marta, as i saw, you're also somewhat advanced at the area mycology. what do you think about the suggestion, that this isn't the "wood blewit" ( http://www.google.nl/search?hl=nl&cp=12&gs_id=2&xhr=t&q=lepista+nuda&safe=off&gs_sm=&gs_upl=&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.,cf.osb&biw=1201&bih=597&wrapid=tljp132173147375000&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi ). i haven't found a sure match, but some possible species are : inocybe erubescens (problem: the stem-color and the gill-sequence) ;calocybe carnea (problem: stem/gill-color) ; entoloma turbidum (problem: cap-color) ; mycena rosea (p: stem-color), but as you know mushrooms are very variable. But i doubt this is the lepista nuda ( http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/7745290 ). maybe this will help you, living in belgium i suspect you speak also some netherlands ( http://www.soortenbank.nl/determinatie.php ). good luck. groetjes alex
