Description:

spreads by underground roots, 3 fan shaped leaflets at top of 4" - 15" stems. single stem (longer than leaf stem) holds spike of small white flowers.

Habitat:

native to the Olympic Mountains

Notes:

called Vanilla Leaf for the sweet smell of the dried leaves.
