Description:

Small swift-flying bird with long wings, dark blue upper coverts and crown, orange forehead, face, throat and neck, and white undersides.

Notes:

These two are resting on a lamp post at the Jetty of Pulau Ubin (Ubin Island), off Singapore's main island.
