Description:

Cant quite remember where i saw this, i think it was outside the singapore flyer, was so pretty had to take a pic! looked like it was planted though!

Welcome... Its World famous commercial cultivar and planted mostly as Ornamental garden plant.
Exactly... Heliconia psittacorum x spathocircinata 'Golden Torch'
I think Jonathan is correct. It sure looks like a psittacorum. I am really into heliconia and I have never seen one that is quite like this one. The perianth of almost all of the psittacorum have green tips, this one does not. The keel of this speciman has the faint red which I haven't seen before. Where did you see this lovely heliconia? I checked all my normal sources and couldn't find one that was identical...not even remotely close.
