Description:

Es un arbusto que alcanza 16-22 dm de altura. La singular floración sobresale por encima de la mata y se presenta al final del verano o ya comenzado el otoño, produciendo largas espigas en su extremo de manera espesa de flores tubulares de color rojo profundo. La apariencia de la flor es de aspecto ceroso.

Habitat:

Jardín Botánico de Valencia.
