Description:

Dwarf, more dusty-colored version of fireweed. Formerly Epilobium latifolium.

Habitat:

Found in scree area near Kodachrome Pass in Denali National Park, AK.

Interesting honeymoon, better than a resort somewhere! Hahaha! At least you still got to see the park.
No, but I got to tour the park and see the beautiful mountain. This was my honeymoon trip. Climbing Denali would take some serious training, and I'd need to work up to it with smaller mountains first. I'm sure that would be an amazing experience, though. Maybe in a few years...
