Description:

This is a common tree in my area. It turns yellow in the fall and has tints of orange on some leaves. The leaves are very dense on the tree.

This is a couple of different trees. Thanks for the ID help Dan.

I think its a Beech, maybe Fagus sylvatica. It's hard to tell without seeing a close up of the leaves but from what I see it's not an Oak.
