Rouens and a Pekin.
If you think it was bigger than a wild mallard, it could well be a hybrid! http://10000birds.com/manky-mallards-domestic-feral-or-just-plain-odd-mallards.htm Scroll down a little on this page, there is a breed of domestic mallard called a Rouen that just looks like a beefier version of the wild mallard. Maybe this is the kind of duck in the photo! Either way, it's definitely a mallard, wildtype or otherwise :)
The plumage definitely says mallard to me!
